Power Gems runs in-house course for Spanish lighting rental customers
Product training courses for new customers returned to Power Gems after the Christmas break, with a visit from representatives of four Spanish lighting rental companies. From Madrid, we welcomed Javier Rivera Crespo and David Guerra Sanchez of IluminacionFM, Carlos Hernández Marín of Iluminacion Cinetel and José Romero Berrocal of Cinelux; while David Melero Fuentes and Pablo Rendo Duro of Tripede made the journey from Santiago de Compostela. Carlos Cledera Castro from Grau Luminotecnia, official Power Gems dealer in Spain, arranged the trip and accompanied the guys.

At Power Gems HQ in Manchester, we can offer product training courses to customers. By coming in, customers get the chance to learn to set-up and get the best out of Power Gems ballasts. For rental companies, it means being able to offer the best solutions to their customers.
We also find that customers feel more comfortable asking questions, thanks to the relaxed atmosphere. As you can see in the photos!
By the end, we had shown them more of who we are and what we can do. As well as meeting with Phil and Patrick, the guys spent time with Trevor Randle, one of our test engineers, plus our production crew, on the factory floor. The proximity to Power Gems assembly line and testing is key to the in-house training, making it possible to understand exactly what goes into the different products in our range of high speed ballasts.
We’re glad Javier, David, Carlos, José, David, Pablo and Carlos found the time to come over.
