The results of our recent survey are in, and give a fascinating insight into your experience of Power Gems.
We’re delighted that the majority (94%) would recommend us to their peers. It’s reassuring that you also rate us highly (72%) against our competitors. But of course we worry why this isn’t higher, at say 100%.
We wanted to know how we could improve, and it seems you appreciate the features available on the core products:
- Compatible with fixtures from the major manufacturers – including the latest in Arri’s M series. Read more about the versatility of the connectors.
- 1000Hz output for high speed filming – 300Hz in 12kW/18kW mode
- DMX remote control
- Built-in compensation of lamp cable volt drop
While the durability and reliability are also considered truly beneficial, we acknowledge that we need to keep on improving in some areas. Such as the quality of our labels, which has been a quick fix – they’re now thicker, less affected by UV exposure and more adhesive.
The survey has helped to define our customers’ needs, and we are adjusting our new product development to prioritise the features you value most. So, in the coming months expect more news about the latest additions to our range, packed full of must-have features.
