Video support for Power Gems ballasts – now available

We have created a video to show you how to change the power module in our EB425P. It’s the first of the step-by-step guides we will shortly be adding to the Service Videos section.

The addition of Service Videos is part of our commitment to providing support during the whole product life cycle. The series of guides show how to service your product, and diagnose when to escalate a request for help.
