Repair service from New York
We’ve partnered with 4Wall Entertainment to give Power Gems customers on the East Coast of America the best repair service possible. As part of the new cooperation, Eddie Pischel and Michael ‘Edge’ Frackoviak of 4 Wall’s technical team in New York came to Power Gems corporate headquarters to be factory trained in the full range, including the newly designed 18kW and 24kW ballasts.

We always welcome visitors to our headquarters in Manchester, UK, and the small size of the class meant Eddie and Edge benefited from individual attention from Patrick, Phil and Kevin (pictured) for the training.
During the week-long visit, Eddie and Edge learnt to provide professional service, support and technical guidance while maintaining the highest standards you have come to expect from Power Gems.
The new product repair service will be based at 4Wall Entertainment in New York. The full-service lighting company, which specialises solely in providing entertainment lighting systems, also has facilities in Nevada, California, Tennessee and Washington DC.
In 2015, Power Gems has enjoyed steady growth, particularly in America where we opened in Atlanta and recruited in Hollywood. We provide sales and technical support for customers through our facilities in Hollywood, California and Atlanta, Georgia.
