Power Gems and ONVIDEO at Micro Salon Italia 2016
Power Gems exhibited at Micro Salon Italia in Rome for the first time, and for the first time teamed up with ONVIDEO, the new Italian dealer for our range of high speed ballasts.
The 2016 Micro Salon Italia took place on March 18th and 19th at the Roma Film School, opposite Rome’s world-famous Cinecittà Film Studios used for many of the big budget Italian feature films. The historical building was itself an attraction for many visitors, all marble floors, high ceilings and imposing columns. Not many trade shows for the film industry can offer such an elegant backdrop and suitably cinematographic setting (but maybe that’s just us seeing Fellini in every fountain).
Film industry professionals from across Italy turned up, keen to see what the leading international manufacturers of film equipment had to offer. Sales & Marketing Director of Power Gems, Patrick McGuane and Antonio Cazzaniga of ONVIDEO, welcomed a steady stream of visitors to our booth, where the latest Power Gems ballasts for film and location lighting were being demonstrated.
Power Gems are already looking forward to returning to Micro Salon in 2017. After the success this year, the trade show is a permanent fixture in our event calendar.
Antonio Cazzaniga, who owns film lighting equipment wholesaler ONVIDEO, is based in Milano. Last December, ONVIDEO became the official dealer for the Power Gems range for Italy. ONVIDEO offers the Italian market a product which is tried and tested around the world. Get in touch to find out more.
