Power Gems at ProLight+Sound 2016
Power Gems took part in this year’s ProLight+Sound in Frankfurt from April 5th to 8th. On arrival, Patrick and Phil were delighted to see Power Gems on the screens in the entrance lobby to one of the biggest trade shows for the event lighting industry.

Our ballasts surreptitiously featured in a film being used by PRG to promote their skills in product servicing, by showing a technician working on the awesome Robert Juliat Lancelot followspots – with their Power Gems ballasts prominently on display.

This photo, where it looks like Phil and Patrick are out clubbing, actually captures the very impressive PRG XL Video demo in the Frankfurt Festhalle. Every half an hour, PRG gave a 10-min long demonstration of the stage system, complete with a laser show and spectacular cutting-edge effects.

From what we could see, the four-day event appeared to have been well-attended. ProLight+Sound is cementing its position as the premier European entertainment lighting show.
