While Power Gems co-owner and Head of Sales, Patrick McGuane’s enthusiasm for crystal locking mode, flicker free operation and modular design for ease of maintenance, comes across in the universal language of high speed ballasts.
Later this month, he’ll be heading to Beijing for China’s largest trade show. The Beijing International Radio, TV & Film Exhibition takes place from 22 to 24 August.
BIRTV makes a nice contrast to Cine Gear in LA in June, with a shift from the entertainment market in North America to the broadcasting industry in China.
Patrick says: “It’s easy to get excited about travelling to such a fantastic event as the BIRTV trade show, working with our trading partners and witnessing new markets opening up. We’ll be unveiling the next generation of ballasts at BIRTV and catching up with local studios and lighting rental houses for a run through of our range.”
