Power Gems at Sunbelt Rentals new West London facility
On Thursday, 12 December 2024, Power Gems were guests of Sunbelt Rentals, getting a first glimpse of the company’s flagship specialist film and TV hub.
The brand-new Sunbelt Rentals 180,000 sq ft hire facility at Victory Park North in Wembley is a sight to behold. The vast warehouse and site, housing a large amount of plant equipment, such as generators, cranes, and JCB loaders, is a testament to the company’s scale and capabilities. It showcases the strength of bringing together Sunbelt Rentals’ lighting, camera, and grip in one facility while drawing on the company’s broader offerings of a large plant hire.
The show area on the upper floor was set up to a high standard and attended by about 800 visitors. Downstairs, we enjoyed great catering; shout out to Butter Chicken Curry and Veg Burritos. Towering over the catering trucks were some enormous camera cranes.
Amidst the excitement and buzz of the event, there were whispers of optimism about 2025. We share the confidence as we end 2024 feeling positive and eager to welcome growth in the film and TV industry in the UK and around the world.
