Power Gems at the IBC in Amsterdam, 11-15 September 2015
Power Gems will be at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) in Amsterdam this coming Thursday and Friday. The world’s biggest broadcasting trade show is a four-day event (11-15 September), and Patrick will be attending the first two days.
Patrick is particularly looking forward to finding out more about the latest developments in 4K broadcasting. It’s a game-changer and sure to feature in the development of new ballasts. Someone really ought to tell Phil, next time he emerges from the test laboratory. What’s he building in there? Rumour has it that Power Gems are developing a high-speed ballast (1,000Hz) at 18K.
