Power Gems at 4Wall New York Vendor Showcase
Power Gems didn’t need to be asked twice when 4Wall New York opened its doors to the public on 19 May.
Their Vendor Showcase and BBQ is an annual celebration of the lighting company’s relationship with top manufacturers of amongst other things, high speed ballasts. We were one of 40 companies chosen to demo our range at the daytime event attended by 500 of 4Wall’s friends from the New York/New Jersey film, entertainment and theatrical community including college and university film and theatrical department heads and employees.
Apart from Power Gems ballasts – we showed the 1800W ballast EB180P, 4kW ballast EB425P and 900W ballast EB960P – the main attraction, was the legendary BBQ. Quite rightfully earning a reputation for being about the best.
Our Vice President of Sales in the US, Dan Basso, momentarily stepped away from the chicken legs in order to catch up with Eddie Pischel and Michael ‘Edge’ Frackoviak of 4 Wall’s4Wall’s repair department.

Last December, Ed and Edge spent a week at Power Gems UK for factory training, part of our collaboration with 4Wall to provide those of you in the West Coast of America with an enhanced repair service from New York.
