Ballast repairs – Carlos over from LA for training
If you ever have to send your Power Gems ballast to our Van Nuys facility in Los Angeles to be repaired, the chances are Carlos Perez will be the man wielding the soldering iron. This week Carlos has been over in the UK, visiting our head office in Manchester, to undergo further training in product service and support.
We understand the need to keep your rental stock out earning money and not sitting on the repair bench. You’ll never lose operating time with our unique slide-in modules for ease of maintenance. Simply replace the module, and when you have more time you can send it to us for repair, or carry out your own work without the pressure of needing the ballast immediately back in service.

We can help you assess whether a repair can be carried out by your own service department or if it’s best to ship the unit back to us. Your product can be sent to Power Gems facilities in the UK or to Carlos and his team in Los Angeles. The facility carries a large stock of finished products and original spares for servicing.
