Power Gems tour…. Dan Basso takes in his hometown of Chicago
Power Gems’ newly-appointed Sales Vice President for America, Dan Basso returned to his hometown of Chicago, to take in a 3-day tour of new and existing customers. An appointment-packed trip kicked off with a visit to Essanay Studio & Lighting Company, long time supporters of Power Gems ballasts.

While in Chicago, Dan met with three of the city’s top lighting rental facilities. He also made visits to a college and a university which have filmmaking as major degree options. Reaching the next generation at a student level is vital not only to the film and television industry, but to Power Gems as well. And with network pilot production season in full swing, it was practically compulsory to visit Fox Television before leaving.
From Chicago, Dan flew to our Atlanta premises to oversee operations, where he also spent time developing existing business with a global film studio facility, and a film production company active in the Southern States.
